Come winter, and we start craving some indulgent delicacies and great spirit to keep us going. Here are some interesting winter cocktail from Hennessy to make your spirit high and winters warm!
The Hennessy Honey
Ingredients:
4cl of Hennessy (1,5oz)
0.5 cl of acacia honey (0.2oz)
4 cl hot water (1,5oz)
1 slice lemon
Method:
In a glass, add Hennessy, honey and hot water. Stir to dissolve the honey. Garnish with a lemon slice.
The Hennessy winter’s spirit
Ingredients:
4 cl Hennessy (1,5oz)
4 cl hot water (1,5oz)
0.5 cl of sugar cane syrup (0.2oz)
2 lemon supremes (wedges without the peelm pith and skin)
1 thin slice of ginger
1 orange twist
Method:
In a glass, add Hannessy, sugar, lemon and ginger, Stir. Top with hot water and garnish with an orange twist.
The Hennessy Morello Cherry
Ingredients:
2.5 parts Hennessy
1 heaping tablespoon of Morello Cherry Marmelade
0.75 part fresh lemon juice
Method:
Add all liquids to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain over ice in a Hennessy glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a cherry.
The Hennessy spiced orange smash
Ingredients:
2.5 parts Hennessy
½ part Averna
½ part simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 heaping tablespoon of Orange Marmelade
0.75 part fresh lemon juice
Method:
Add all liquids to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain over ice in a Hennessy glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
