I am delighted to wish readers of Indian Link all the very best as we anticipate the start of a New Year

The New Year period is an important time to spend with family and friends as we reflect on the past year and look forward to new beginnings.

The Indian community makes a valuable contribution to our multicultural society. I would like to thank you for sharing your customs and traditions and contributing to the melting pot of cultures that makes NSW such an interesting and dynamic place to live.

NSW is regarded as one of the most cohesive multicultural states in the world and the NSW Government will continue to uphold and promote tolerance and respect in our community.

I would like to wish Indian Link the very best for the continued service it provides to the Indian community and the important role it plays in keeping your community informed.

On behalf of the NSW Government, I wish all readers of Indian Link a happy and safe New Year, and a prosperous year ahead in 2015.
