Talks – Indian Textiles and Artisanship
Designer Kudrat Makkar, who was born in India and is now based in Melbourne, discusses the rise of contemporary Indian craftsmanship within Melbourne fashion and the stories behind the creative collaborations she has developed with Indian-based artisans.
