Swar Sandhya – November 2023

Sharda Kala Kendra presents Swar Sandhya – an evening of Karaoke style singing of Hindi film songs with Sandhya Easwara, a professional playback singer and now Melbourne resident.
Sandhya learnt music from her mother, Mrs. Janaki Devi and started giving public performances from a young age. She has sung on All India Radio, Doordarshan TV, playback for Kannada movies and also given stage performances with playback singers Hema Chandra, Karunya, Hima Bindu, Sri Krishna, Krishna Chaitanya and Kalyan.
She has participated in/won/been a runner up in renowned music competitions like the Global Star Voice, MAA TV North American Super Singer, TeluguOne Radio Singing Competition, Jhummandi Naadam – North American Telugu Association and All India Samskara Bharathi Competition.
