DESCRIPTION:Spirit of India’s community development initiatives continue to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives\, offering yoga programs for children\, seniors\, and adults. A new children’s yoga batch for ages 5–12 begins on 30th August 2025\, focusing on health\, flexibility\, and mindfulness (mat required; nominal charges apply). \nAdults can join Hath Yoga classes every Saturday and Sunday starting 30th–31st August at Wentworthville\, Epping\, and Quakers Hill\, with ample free parking at all locations. Seniors (age 55+) can enjoy free ongoing yoga sessions at Epping and Pennant Hill libraries.
