DESCRIPTION:  \nSydney\, get ready! Brown Women Poetry is partnering with WestWords for an intimate evening of poetry and spoken word. Join us to share joy\, pain and art together in a space held by sisterhood. \nWe welcome people of all genders and cultural heritages to attend this celebration of voice\, vulnerability and strength. Families are welcome\, parental guidance may be required for young children due to the mature themes of some poems. \nShowcase\nDoors will open at 6.30pm\, get in quick for the best seats! WestWords is an easy walk from Parramatta Interchange\, as well as several carparks. \nWhen: 7pm – 8.30pm \nWhere: WestWords\, 41 Hunter Street\, Parramatta \nOur host for the evening is the heartwarming Rupa Parthasarathy. \nAfterparty\nIt wouldn’t be a South Asian gathering without food!
