In our busy lives, it’s a blessing to get an hour or two in the day for our personal wellness. Stretch, unwind with some yoga, centre your thoughts… sounds like a dream! But what if your dear dog disagrees?

In this sweet and amusing video, watch (wo)man’s best friend never take ‘no’ for an answers as he gnaws, pushes, and sits till he gets his way. Who needs the downward facing dog when you can have a live dog, right?
