Come and join the party at Chipping Norton Lake on New Year’s Eve and see X-Factor finalists Jess & Matt headlining a dazzling array of free entertainment on the main stage, as well as rides, free activities for the kids, food stalls, and a fireworks spectacular at 9pm.
“We are very proud to be hosting X-Factor finalists Jess & Matt at our New Year’s Eve event on Thursday 31 December,” said Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun. “This is a chance to see one of Australia’s best live acts for free in the wonderful setting of Chipping Norton Lake.
“Jess Dunbar is a local girl who grew up in Chipping Norton so I know she is excited about performing in front of a home crowd. Jess & Matt have a huge local following so come and see them perform their new single ‘Nothing Matters’ and songs from their new self-titled album.
“We also have one of last year’s X-Factor finalists, Jessica Jade, who was part of girl group ‘Trill’, the Gang of Brothers, Dauntless Movement Crew, amazing acrobatic performers, rides, and a huge fireworks display – you won’t find a better line-up of family friendly entertainment anywhere else in Sydney,” said Mayor Ned Mannoun.
“Free shuttle buses will run on the night from Liverpool Station and Warwick Farm Station to the Lake, which will make it easier for families to get to and from the event. There is also plenty of free parking at Heron Park on Riverside Drive, which is just an eight minute walk from the event.
“I encourage residents and visitors to come to Chipping Norton and welcome in the New Year in style.”
This is a drug and alcohol-free event. For more information, see flyer attached or visit www.liverpool.nsw.gov.au/whats-on/major-events/new-years-eve-nye
