Sai Temple prayers for Prabha

Reading Time: < 1 minute

The Sai Temple at Strathfield will be offering special prayers (Shanti Path) in memory of the late Prabha Arun Kumar

Prabha was a regular devotee.
Jack Tolani of the Shree Shirdi Sai Mandir Society Sydney remembers Prabha fondly.
“She was deeply spiritual and had great faith in Baba. She was a regular visitor at the temple and at one point I asked if she could volunteer at the donation counter. She accepted readily and began helping with all kinds of duties. She prepared the Aarti plates lovingly, accepted devotees’ Prasad presentations and offered them to Baba, helped distribute Prasad and helped with cleaning. She would often sit in a corner and read spiritual books from our library.”
A recent trip by Prabha to the temple stands out in Mr Tolani’s memory. “It was her daughter Meghana’s birthday. She came in with a picture of Meghana and Arun, her husband, and asked for it to be offered at Baba’s feet to be blessed. She said she missed them both and was looking forward to be reunited with them.”
The Sai Temple have announced Shanti Path for Prabha this week, with a special section with her photograph for those wishing to pay respect.
The temple is at 420 Liverpool Road, Strathfield South.
