13CABS named official AFL Partner

Taxi company 13CABS has been announced as the official Private Transport Service partner of the Australian Football League

To celebrate the launch of the new partnership, the AFL and 13CABS have branded 18 Toyota Camry Hybrid 13CABS in AFL club colours in Melbourne leading up to the 2015 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
Dressed in their footy team colours, the drivers of the AFL branded 13CABS rewarded passengers with free General Admission tickets to the MCG during the 2015 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
The selected cab drivers all have a passion for Australian Football and come from diverse backgrounds including India, Sri Lanka, Greece and Pakistan.
Over 60 per cent of the 13CABS workforce are from an Indian background.
“We are excited to name 13CABS as an official partner of the AFL and look forward to the partnership expanding into 2016,” said AFL General Manager Commercial Operations, Darren Birch.
“Together with 13CABS, we aim to celebrate Toyota AFL Opening Round in Melbourne by rewarding passionate footy fans and attracting new fans to our game.”
13CABS Chief Operating Officer, Stuart Overell, said, “The AFL embraces a large cross section of the community; 13CABS and our Drivers are proud to align with the AFL as an Official Partner and the Official Private Transport Service to the AFL.”
